About Danita Mitchell
Danita Mitchell went into healthcare to help others live life to the fullest. She started as an RN working in the hospital, dialysis, home health, and other facilities and ultimately became a family nurse practitioner. As Danita Mitchell provides preventative care and addresses health concerns, she says, “I truly listen and try to understand my patients’ perspective first.” Additionally, she takes time to explain things and encourage positive changes. “The best part is getting to know my patients and developing relationships.”
During down time, Danita Mitchell keeps up with the latest advances in medicine and spends time with her family. She also enjoys music, dancing, playing sports, reading, playing games, and traveling.
