About Jarom Daszko
Dr. Jarom Daszko knew at a young age that he wanted to be a physician. “Science was always my favorite subject, especially biology. I wanted to go into a profession where I could help people, so I decided on medicine,” he says. Some of his specialties include geriatrics, hospice, sports medicine, and women’s health. He explains that his favorite part of working in healthcare is “getting to know my patients as people, not just problems to fix.” If he could change anything about the current healthcare system, he would focus on allowing more time for doctor-patient interactions. “It’s surprising how many things we can help a patient with when we listen to them,” he says.
When Dr. Daszko is not caring for patients, he enjoys cooking.
