About Shahid Rafique
Dr. Shahid Rafique earned his doctorate from Dow Medical College and residency from SUNY at Buffalo, NY. Acquired surgical and medical training during his army, air force and civilian careers. He is board certified in internal medicine and specializes in geriatrics.
“I use a holistic model to relieve pain and promote well-being,” says Dr. Rafique. “I am a partner in my patients’ healthcare and will take care of any health problem they face. There is no purpose in a long life if there is no quality.”
Dr. Rafique and his wife have three grown children. His hobbies include performing Indian semi-classical music and photography. He is also interested in astronomy and astrophysics and likes to travel to exotic places.
