When something doesn’t feel right, waiting until morning isn’t always an option.
We believe your care shouldn’t end when the clinic closes. That’s why we created our CareLine team, a new after-hours support team of real medical professionals available when you need them most at no additional cost to you.
Whether you’re not sure if you should take a medication, have new symptoms, or just need someone to talk to about your health, your CareLine team is here for you.
What is CareLine?
When you call the center and we’re closed, you will be connected to our CareLine team. They are our trained medical professionals, including registered nurses and nurse practitioners, available 24/7 to all our patients at no extra cost.
This means when you call, you’re not speaking to a random answering service. You’re talking to trained professionals who work within our care system, understand your health history, and know how to help you.
When Should You Call Your Center?
If your doctor’s office is closed and you’re not feeling well, or something just doesn’t seem right, your center should be your first call, and the CareLine team will be there to help.
Here are some common reasons to call your center:
- You’re feeling sick or having new symptoms
- You have a question about your medication
- You need advice on what to do before your next appointment
- You’re not sure if your issue is urgent or can wait
Our CareLine team can help you figure out your next step, and often, that next step won’t be the emergency room.
Why Call Your Center First?
Going to the emergency room or urgent care can be stressful, time-consuming, and expensive. And for seniors, long wait times and unfamiliar providers can make the experience even harder.
Calling your center first helps you avoid all that.
Most of the time, our nurses and providers can help you over the phone right away. They’ll answer your questions, help you stay comfortable, and guide you through what to do and the next steps to take.
If you do need to go to an urgent care or ER, they’ll help you make the right decision and give you the information you need.
Care When It Matters Most
Imagine it’s 10 p.m. and you’re not feeling well. It’s not an emergency, but you don’t feel right. Instead of waiting it out or heading to the ER, you can call your center and speak with a trained professional who’s ready to help.
Your health doesn’t keep office hours—and now, neither do we. The same compassionate care you receive in person is available after hours, giving you peace of mind whenever you need it.
So next time you’re not sure what to do, call your center first.
We’re here for you, anytime.
