About Carrie Young
Dr. Carrie Young earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in Lexington and her doctorate from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry in Bayamon.
“I enjoy working with the senior population because they have experienced so much in their lives and seem to focus on the important things in life,” said Dr. Young. “I hope to make a difference in my patients’ lives by helping them see the best they can so they can live happy, independent and fulfilling lives.”
Dr. Young has visited more than 30 countries and has lived on three different continents and the Caribbean. Her favorite destinations include South Africa, Peru and Thailand.
