Tamira Le Blanc explains that she has “always enjoyed caring for others.” She loves getting to know her patients and learning about their personal health goals. “My favorite part of my profession is teaching patients about their disease processes and assisting them with better self-management skills,” she says. She especially enjoys caring for the senior population, explaining that she has learned “patience, due diligence, and often life lessons” from them. She adds, “I actively listen and engage with my seniors and include them in clinical decision-making.”
When not caring for patients, Tamira Le Blanc can be found reading, hip-hop dancing, shopping, or spending time with family and friends.
