About Otshumba Omadjela
Growing up, Dr. Otshumba Omadjela was inspired by her mother, a nurse in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She also witnessed the lack of accessible healthcare, which motivated her to pursue a career in medicine. She is passionate about preventative care and employs a holistic approach in her practice. She strives to empower patients, explaining that she provides each patient with “time and space to express their concern without interruptions.” Connecting with patients is one of her favorite parts of her profession. “We will work through each concern and navigate together toward a healthier lifestyle,” she says.
In her free time, Dr. Omadjela enjoys spending time with family and learning how to cook food from different cultures.
