About Paulina Cruz Venegas
Dr. Paulina Cruz Venegas, who specializes in diabetes and hypertension, knew early in life that she wanted to pursue a career in medicine. “I love being able to make a positive difference in a patient’s life,” she says. She finds it incredibly important to learn about her patients beyond their health concerns to “put things in perspective.” She especially enjoys caring for the senior population and helping them achieve “a better quality of life.” If she could change anything about healthcare today, she would increase accessibility.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Venegas can be found spending time with her husband. They especially love watching soccer, hiking, and trying new restaurants in Atlanta.
