About Sasha-Kay D’Aguilar
Dr. Sasha-Kay D’Aguilar became inspired to become a doctor after reading Gifted Hands by Dr. Ben Carson. “I started to believe that even an island girl from Jamaica can make a difference,” she says. Building relationships with patients is her favorite part of her profession. She always listens to their concerns and treats them with empathy. She likes educating patients about their health conditions and “empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.” She adds, “I have a responsibility to improving my patients’ health, and I take this responsibility very seriously. Being a physician is my passion.”
Dr. D’Aguilar loves spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, dancing, and watching movies.
